There are numerous diets proposed as a solution to weight problems, but we won’t speak about revolutionary diets but about simple pieces of advice meant to gradually change your eating habits, leading to a long lasting weight loss. These pieces of advice are to be followed in conjunction with our dietary advice.

- Make your shopping list in advance: thinking of the week menus in advance enables you to control the proportion of nutrients over the week.

- Don’t go shopping when you are hungry: this will help you to avoid nibbling at whatever.

- When you are hungry, have some vegetable soup (that you had prepared before and refrigerated).
Steam the fish, the meat (preferably, lean) and the vegetables, or heat your dishes in olive oil (dose: a small spoonful) in order to reduce fats.

- Eat three times a day: it allows you to control your weight better and to avoid feeling hungry.

- Eat diversified dishes: elaborate original recipes, but don’t forget to reduce sugar and fats.

AND FIRST AND FOREMOST, DRINK WATER: drinking between meals don’t make you lose weight, for water is neutral from a caloric point of view, but is a part of the nutritional balance that you shouldn’t ever ignore.
